Acceptance of terms
By requesting a quote or booking a service from Kaizen Mobile Auto Detailing, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide mobile and garage drop-off auto detailing in Bradenton, FL and the surrounding area. Mobile appointments require access to water and electricity at the service location. If you don't have access, ask about our garage drop-off option.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, staining, or excessive debris. We'll confirm pricing with you before starting work.
Appointments & cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit on future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
Vehicle condition & belongings
You're responsible for removing valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We're not liable for damage to or loss of personal items left in the vehicle. We take care with every vehicle, but we're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (loose trim, fading clear coat, etc.) that may be revealed during cleaning.
Satisfaction
If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours of service and we'll do our best to make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
